Here at Wessex Awards we pride ourselves on being the UK’s friendliest award specialists, providing unbeatable service. We are sorry if your awards were damaged or did not arrive on time, please see below where to contact us so we can rectify the problem.

Return Damaged Goods

We are sorry that your awards are not received perfectly, however, please be assured that we do everything we can to check your awards leave the warehouse correctly and are wrapped to perfection. Although, if the item is damaged or faulty in any way, please contact us at team@wessexawards.co.uk and provide photographic evidence of the problem, otherwise we will not be able to progress your claim. If the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery, we will meet the cost of return.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, starting from the date after the day of delivery. If requested to return the award, please ensure that the goods are suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to deduct the cost of replacement of the awards from the order refund if they are damaged in transit or are returned used, damaged or incomplete.

If the engraving text or personalisation is not correct, we will accept no responsibility should the text, personalisation or images you supplied contain errors.

Awards Not Arrived On Time

We can only appologise that our awards did not not arrive on time. Please contact us at team@wessexawards.co.uk and we will contact our courier to investigate the problem.
