Press Release

Our team loves working with UK-based journalists and bloggers, as well as anyone from around the world. If you’re looking to write about the latest gifts and awards this season or recommend a new awesome site to your readers or listeners, then look no further than us. We are also always able to help advise or write short expert quotes if you are writing about the industry or the art of engraving and personalisation of awards.

About Us

Wessex Awards was first established in 2022 by Kate, our creative director and designer; Maryanne, our project manager who helps manage and work with all our clients; and Kevin, our lead engraver. Our engraver and project manager have worked together as the directors of Wessex Trophies Limited since 2008 in the awards industry. In 2021, Kate joined the team and Wessex Awards was conceived and launched the following year.

In The Industry Since 2008

Wessex Awards is a rapidly growing company and we are proud to see it continue to blossom. During our time working in the industry we have firmly remained a family-run business from humble beginnings and we are deeply proud of our roots. This gives us many advantages over our competition, but it also creates a fantastic company ethos and keeps us grounded in what made us successful: being the UK's friendliest and most reliable award experts; producing the highest quality work we can and tailoring our gifts to each individual's budget and needs.
During the last 14 years we have had the privilege to work with many large companies such as the BBC, Microsoft, Tesco, Costa Coffee and Mercedes-Benz; plus charities such as Mind and Cancer Research UK. As well as produce work for famous and incredible people such as Lewis Hamilton, Paul O'Grady, Captain Sir Tom Moore, Roy Hudd and Ben Fogle.
